Delivery of CSV Normand Jarl to new owner
Skudeneshavn, Norway – Normand Ships AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA, has delivered the CSV Normand Jarl to the new owner according to the terms described in a stock exchange announcement made on 12 December 2022.
Solstad Offshore will recognize a gain on the sale of approximately MNOK 420 to be reflected in the Q1 2023 accounts.
is a Multi Purpose Offshore Vessel that was built in 2013 (10 years ago) and is sailing under the flag of Norway.
Her carrying capacity is 6500 t DWT and her current draught is reported to be 5.7 meters. Her length overall (LOA) is 107.6 meters and her width is 22 meters.
